As the last few months have past it's amazing how quickly I am opening up to options I never would have previously considered. I started out only being willing to live in Bozeman, Utah, or Houston. Now, we could be anywhere...literally. Jaret has received some positive feedback from a couple of companies and continues to apply for law enforcement positions. For all who care about what's up in there air, here is our calendar:
This week - HUGE Application due for Alaska State Trooper. Position to be filled in February 2012.
1st week of April - Test and potential interview in Coeur d'Alene, ID for a career as a police officer.
2nd week of April - Fly to Denver, Co for a second interview with the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) a Federal Finance Job that could place us pretty much anywhere in the country.
3rd week of April - Drive to Billings for a second interview with First Interstate Bank for a spot in a Management Training Program. We could be placed in South Dakota, Wyoming, or Montana.
4th week of April - Potential interview with the Bozeman Police Force for a career as a police officer.
It's all in the country, but it's all over. Yes, Brooklyn is due in week 3 of April. Lets just hope that she times her arrival well! I'm just thrilled that we have options that are headed in a positive direction! I feel that we're sooo blessed to have these options! How great will it be if Jaret is able to land one of these jobs?!
Wish us luck!

Wow!!!!
So are you all going to have time to have this baby or does she need to be rescheduled? LOL :)
I wish you luck but still hope you can find something closer to us! No pressure.
Britt
It seems like Brooklyn can only be born during a very small window! :)
So many opportunities!! You are very blessed! :)
It definately seems like April is THE busiest month of the year for you. Im sure it also seems a little overwhelming when you're just about to deliver and have no idea where you're going to end up. It would make preparing for Brooklyn quite hard I imagine.
But all in all, I think you guys have really got it made... with any luck Laurence will land the first job so that the rest of April will empty out a little, and calm down a lot for you! :)
Bec, I will be thrilled if he lands the first one! I'll be thrilled for him to get a job regardless. April will definitely be busy but I've worried so much about everything leading up to Brooklyn's birth that I think I'm worried out. I actually feel pretty peaceful. That can change, but as for now - onward we go!
Britt, rescheduling may not be a bad idea if Baby Brooky tries to come at the wrong time but if she comes on....oh, lets say the 15th of April then we'll be sitting pretty!
praying and hoping for you all xoxo i am glad that things are looking more positive toward Jaret's employment options. I am sure you will all settle soon...can't wait to see that gorgeous new bub :) xoxo
I'm so glad you guys have job options opening up to you. Good luck with them. I hope you end up somewhere within at least a day's drive. :)
