I reffed 4 games of basketball at a tournament today. I am exhausted! This officiating day went much better than the last few. Something good about officiating tournaments is that other officials are around to offer support. It's more than 2 vs. the rest of the world. Half way through the second game my body was already to throw the towel in and veg on the couch. It wasn't very happy when it was still sprinting up and down the court a couple of hours later. My right ankle, knee, and hip are rebelling right now. We'll see if my body parts are still on strike at church tomorrow.
My 7th grade girls bball team lost their game today. Jammer (bummer in dutch). They're working hard and improving so I can't complain too much. I've very proud of how hard they work. They're a good to team to coach. Jaret joked that I'm obsessed with coaching them. I spend hours trying to figure out the perfect drill for practice that will get the most out of them...maybe I am obsessed.

So I do remember those horrible glasses that Coach Skinner or maybe it was Brittany? made us were sometimes so you wouldn't look at your hands while dribbling. So I guess you are in the position these days like Coach where you get to torcher people too:) Your probably like... "and for my next trick I'm not only going to kick your butt You have the were these glasses. Ha Ha Ha Ha!" You go girl hit'm where it herts It's pay back. Or maybe you could just be nice if you feel like it. ;)
