We're Moving! ...Somewhere

Welp, we've accepted an offer on our house and if all goes well we will be kicked out on the 14th of September.  It is definitely bitter sweet.  There's no denying that the job that is taking us to Ennis is a great job for Jaret and our family. So, there's also no getting away from the saddness we are fealing about leaving our new home.  I've really enjoyed our short time here and have just loved so many things about our home.  Sometimes I find myself apprehensive because I've lived a lot of places and this play, by far, has been the most practical and complete of anywhere.  What if we never like anywhere as much as here?  Let's hope that doesn't happen.  So, I'm sorry to do this to anyone who is reading but I'm going to have to list some things that I love about our house:

Lots of cupboard space in the kitchen.  More then most houses.
Plenty of room to walk around the kitchen and super easy access to everything!
Pantry and no corner cupboards that are hard to use and a waste of space.
Large windows.
Open floor plan.
Super easy to clean (I know, nothing is EASY to clean but you know what I mean) due to size and layout.
Walk in closet.
Built in book shelf in the master bedroom.
Shelves and hanging rods in laundry room.
Nice rock fire place.
Large coat closet.
Garage door close to kitchen.
Large bathrooms.

Yard for kids to play in.
Vegetable and flower gardens.
Beautiful tree line view at the back of the yard.
Work bench in garage.
Fire pit and curved berm around it.

So, there are the things that come to mind.  I think the kitchen is the biggest deal. The storage space and convenience is not to be matched!  ...I hope I'm wrong.

So, with all of this said, if anyone knows of a place we can rent in Ennis, we are looking. Or should I say searching?  I called all of the places in the paper and Craigs list and NOTHING with two or more bedrooms is available in Ennis.  Everyone that I spoke to said their places were filled. There are plenty of one bedrooms places available.  That would be fun.

I'm sure something will come up.

So, now that my feelings about leaving the comfort of my new home are addressed let's talk about friends. I'm so nervous about finding some good friends down there!  At least I have a good friend there to start with.  I've met so many neat people in Bozeman and have developed great long term friendships and was on my way to developing super good friendships with new ones.  I'm sad to leave them.  Enough of this whining though, I can come visit them if I want to.  I'm only an hour away!  My Ennis friend making plan is as follows:  Go to community stuff and talk to people.  Good plan, huh?  I may have to revise it a bit but it should cover the basics.

Ennis will be great for our family!  I keep telling myself that.  It will require attitude work but it will be good.  We'll save on gas, get Jaret for a couple more hours a day, hopefully have cheaper rent, live an outdoorsy lifestyle and so on.  It's good.

I'm bored with this subject so I'm going to make another post with cute family pics now.  Tot ziens!
