Potty Training

So, I didn't plan on starting potty training this early.  Holland is showing an interest so we let her sit on the pot.  She even has her own mini potty donated from a friend that she likes to sit on.  Yesterday was her first time to actually go #2 in her potty!  I'm interested to see how this whole potty thing plays out with the baby on the way.  I've heard that many kids struggle who are potty training when they go through big life changes.  She's no where near having her own little underwear but I guess she's slowly progressing that way!  I can't believe it.  She still seems way too young to me!

I'm kind of feeling jelous that she has already gone poop in the potty. We got one for PJ and he won't even sit on it with his pants on. There is no interest in it other than pushing Elmo's hand to make him talk and say things like "Elmo is proud of you", or "Your becoming big just like Elmo" He's getting all the prase from Elmo without doing the work. I asked Cow when she trained her boys and she said around 3 years old. I am glad to be getting a girl for that very reason!

Lol. I dunno about you guys, but Holland welcomes herself into the bathroom practically every time we use it. I think her real interest started because she has been around a little girl who is potty training and the little girls mom lets Holland try after her daughter. If you can find someone that PJ likes to play with who is potty training he may be more into it. I've noticed that Holland loves to do what her friends do. Good luck sister!
