So, I have a nice husband who encourages me to get my hair done once in a while. I would never come up with the idea on my own but after Jaret told me a few times that I could get my hair done I decided to go for it! We found a recommended stylist (that's what they're called, right?), gave her the pic (to the right) and I got the much needed chop. Success. Jaret ended up liking the cut. My hair doesn't look quite as sexy as what's her name to the right, but it's probably better then what I had...year and half old highlights grown out and consistently stuck into a pony tail.
Does anyone else agree that stylist always make your hair look better than you can? Pretty sure that the first time I tried to wash and style this new hair cut it was a disaster. My new bangs were sticking out everywhere! Ahhh! ...I can't believe I just said I have bangs. The last I had bangs was in 3rd grade! I think I'm starting to get the hang of it though. I'll keep working on making it look like the super start. As for keeping them out of my eyes, that's another story.
I mostly do this hair stuff because I think Jaret likes it when I get ready (what husband wouldn't?). As long as he thinks I'm hot that's all that matters.
Tomorrow comes the color. I may go with low lights this time.

It's so fun to read your posts because we are so often in the same boat I too need a hair cute and have not had one for a year and a half. I need to do it now so that i have a chance of looking kind of good in all the pictures to come when London comes. I am shocked that you have BANGS now! I don't think I am ready for that big of a change yet. I sure looks good on you thought!
It's beautiful Hillary! I've been thinking about the whole bangs thing too, but I can't bring myself to do it. I hate having hair in my eyes. You look great!
