Agency: Essential to the Plan of Life

I listened to this General Conference talk this morning and appreciated the message that I heard about Agency.  It was a good eye opener for me because I've been slacking on my spirituality.  One of the comments that Elder Hails mentioned was about being someone who picks and chooses which commandments to follow according to our own wisdom rather then simply obeying because it's right - regardless if we understand why or not.  To choose the right is liberty and eternal life.  I can feel that I've been a sort of captive these last few months or even years.  I appreciate the spirit and how it touches my heart and inspires me to change.  I'm also very grateful for good friends and family that are positive examples to me in my life.
